I use a program at work which requires a multi-factor authentication code to log into. I broke my phone's screen so I got a new phone. I must have spent an hour and a half trying, trying, trying to install Microsoft Authenticator onto my new phone, getting more and more frustrated. I gave up, went to Digital Majik and in about 15 minutes they got it installed onto my new phone. So now I can work.

Great computer repair shop! The owner as I walked in was very nice. Was gladly to help me out with my problem. I will say it did almost take about 2 months to get my PC back. But they were busy as I saw all PC's they were repairing. So I completely understand the wait. They did find my problem with my PC and fixed it. Was pricey but that is because I did upgrade it with a better graphics card and a new power supply. And the price was fair. If you dont want to pay so much for someone doing it for you order the part yourself and fix it yourself. Thats how I see it. Aside from that fantastic shop but I will say this i dont know who works on the weekends but please introduce yourself on the phone and ask "how can I help you" you pick up as if you dont enjoy your job. I felt a little off that I had to be the one to introduce myself first and let you know what im calling about. Above all I was happy with the outcome of my PC works well and love my new graphics card. Will I come back for future repairs or upgrades? YOU BETCHA! Thank you, Mike and staff for helping me out! 5 STARS!

I would have to say overall this is one of the best places to get your pc fixed. I never bring my pc in, because I can manage to do most things needed. However, I was stuck and nothing worked after building a new pc. They were able to fix it and give me a rundown on everything they did, and what happened to the system. Very fair prices and great communication. I will be going back if needed and recommending them.
